1. What kind of pencils do you imprint on?

At The Pencil Boutique Co. we personalize hexagonal #2 HB pencils. The pencils we work with have a gold ferrule and a latex-free pink eraser.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity. To get the best bang for your buck, we highly recommend ordering a small set of 6 pencils here. That being said, if you need as little as 1 imprinted pencil, kindly shoot us a message and we'll make it happen.

3. Which pencil colors do you carry?

At the moment, we have 20 colors to choose from. You can view our Color Guide to check out the beautiful pencil shades.

4. Do the custom pencils arrive sharpened?

Nope! The pencils will arrive unsharpened. This keeps the pencils from breaking during shipping.

5. What color of foil will be message be imprinted with?

We customize pencils with shiny gold foil.

6. How does ordering work?

You can shop by color or shop by quantity. Pencils will be customized with the saying of your choice. You will be asked to enter your saying before checkout can be completed. We also offer pre-printed pencil sets that are ready-to-ship.

7. How are the personalized pencils packaged?

Pencil sets (6-25 pencils) arrive in a beautiful recyclable package and ready to gift. Customized pencils ordered in bulk quantities (50+ pencils) arrive carefully packed in a box.

8. How many characters can I imprint?

You can customize pencils with up to 23 characters. This number includes letters, numbers, punctuation, and spacing.

9. What special characters can I imprint?

You may use the following special characters - , & ' # @ ! ? .

10. Can I imprint lowercase/uppercase letters?

All pencils are customized with UPPERCASE letters. We do not personalize pencils with lowercase letters.

11. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! All of our pencil sets (6-25 pencils), mugs, and pencil cases arrive beautifully wrapped and ready for gifting.

12. Can I add a gift message?

Absolutely! Please provide your gift message during checkout. We will hand write your message on our special card.

13. Can I mix and match colors?

Absolutely! We can print your message on any pencil color(s) you like. If you would like more than 1 color, please select "Mix & Match" in the dropdown menu and leave us a note specifying which pencil colors you'd like in the "Add an optional note to seller box" which appears on the second screen during Checkout.

14. Can I imprint my logo on the pencils?

Pencils cannot be customized with logos. That being said, if you'd like to incorporate your logo, we will be happy to customize our pencil packaging for you. Please see the next question for details.

15. Can I customize the pencil packaging?

Yes! If you are ordering 10+ sets of pencils, we will be happy to work with you to print your logo or saying on our pencil packaging, at an additional cost.

16. The quantity of personalized pencils I'd like to order isn't available on your website. What can I do?
